Member Eligibility and Registration Process

Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your Slot VIP login credentials, including your username and password. Slot VIP will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login credentials with anyone.

Bonus, Promotions and Loyalty Programme Terms

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• The outcome of all games is determined by an independently audited RNG system and cannot be manipulated by Slot VIP or any third party.
• Live Casino game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed, as all sessions are fully recorded.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, Slot VIP will determine the outcome based on saved system records.
• Slot VIP reserves the right to void any rounds or bets placed during a serious technical disruption and return the wagered amount to the member's account balance.
• Odds for Sports Betting (including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, and other sports) are set by Slot VIP and may change before an event begins. Confirmed bets will not be affected by any odds changes made after confirmation.

Any disputes regarding game outcomes must be reported to the Slot VIP support team within 72 hours from the time of the incident. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered.

Strictly Prohibited Conduct

The following is a list of conduct that is strictly prohibited on the Slot VIP platform. Any violation will result in firm action, including permanent account closure:

• Bot and Automation Use: The use of bots, automation scripts, or any artificial means to play games or place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker, is a serious violation.
• Money Laundering: Using the Slot VIP platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant Malaysian authorities.

Slot VIP Limitation of Liability

Slot VIP provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform runs smoothly, Slot VIP does not guarantee that:

• The platform will be available without interruption at all times.
• All information on the platform is always accurate and up to date.
• The platform will be free from technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

Slot VIP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from wagering outcomes that are not in the member's favour.
• Losses resulting from internet connection disruptions or technical issues on the member's end.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised use of a member's account by a third party due to the member's own negligence.

Slot VIP's total liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

Slot VIP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any member account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term outlined in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents.
• Account closure requested by the member (voluntary closure).
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

If an account is closed due to a violation, Slot VIP reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances. For accounts closed for reasons other than violations, any valid cash balance will be returned to the member within 14 business days after identity verification is completed.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between a member and Slot VIP shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

The Slot VIP platform operates within the relevant legal framework and complies with the regulatory requirements set out under applicable Malaysian law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
